Joyce has worked in the maternal child health field all of her life and spent two years working in Russian maternity hospitals. She has 6 children, 3 of whom were adopted from Russia, and 6 grandchildren.

Barbara Puett, B.S.
Director of Social Services

Our Director of Social Services, in Wyo. Barb is a social worker and has one adopted child. She has been assisting families with international adoption since 1995. Barb also works as a social Worker for the Dept. of Family Services.

Harry D. Sutley B.S.
Works for our respite care program.

He is a nurse, the father of 6 children , three of whom are Russian adoptees. Grandfather to 6 children and has been a foster parent to numerous children.

Our administrative assistant.

Our East Coast Representative.

Judy is the mother of four children, two adopted from Russia. She has been a foster parent and worked with international adoptions since 1995
